An Australian fellow named Hew Raymond Griffiths from from Berkeley Vale in NSW, has been extradited to the USA on charges of copyright violation and conspiracy. And this without Hew ever having been to the USA.

The Australian government didn't care much about David Hicks, despicable by most, but a government that just sends it's citizens oversees, without undertaking any effort to charge them for crimes they commit in this country, makes you wonder why we have laws at all. Especially in this case, where applicable laws exist, and Hew could be put to trial in this country. His place of birth, where his family resides, where his home is located, and the country he claims to be a citizen of. Let's just let other countries judge our behaviour, at least this is how I interpret the actions of this government.
